They are out there, but maybe not in a 14mm pin size.
Look at some of the dirt bike people like Denis Kirk.
They consist of a sleeve that has a tapered bore, and a pusher that has spring fingers on them that will collapse down as the clip is pushed farther down into the bore.
You place the clip into the larger end of the sleeve, and use the pusher to slide the clip down the taper, and into the piston.
I user them on my Toyota & Nissan race engines.
But it can be done by hand with practice.
I put the gap centered into the wrist pin bore, push really hard, and once it's in a ways, start rotating it by pushing sideways to rotate it flat.
Some times I use a wood dowel, or nylon rod with a grove or notch cut into the edge.
