hoping some one can tell me what brand this cart is..picked it up few dayz ago and refurbed it..pretty cool little kart fast too..the motor is a flat head briggs 5hp..mods i did are..pipe..bored carb...port polish...032 copper head gasket...shaved head..hit 52mph on gps and still had little more to go..could this be an old race kart it handles speed very well Attachment: kart1.jpg (Downloaded 229 times)

o wow thank you...it does have two motor mounts on the bottom of frame..this is so cool to know what it is and find a flyer..you def got to be the best kart now it all lol...how hard is it to find them twin motors.

Most of these had McCulloch MC-6 or MC-10 engines They were basically chainsaw engines adapted to karts. If you are interested in making your kart correct you will want a McCulloch MC-6, MC-10, a Power Products AH-58 or a West Bend 580. Last edited on Wed Jun 20th, 2018 06:22 pm by Dan Dettmann |
