The Magnum was produced by Rich Burton,...former designer of Invader Karts. The Magnum took many queues from the Invader and improved on them, with high quality craftsmanship, high quality welds, and tighter tolerances. First production season was 1977. Karting Digest Vol 3, No 5 has an excellent article on it.
Let me know if you are restoring one -- I have a set of factory front and rear tires for it.

There's one for sale in Belleville Michigan at stoney creek motorsports.
I drove for Rich Burton in 69 & 70. Sharp guy, however he doesn't want anything to do with karting now.
