This one is killing me. It has a single post for the steering riser, adjustable front axles and a removable center cross member. Master cylinder also is mounted forward by the wishbones. What is throwing me off is the nerf bars are not full down the sides but by the seat like a Margay.

Any help with make and year???

Don't feel bad about identifying it because it seems everyone is stumped. The best guess right now is that it is an Elite but no one can tell me the year.
