I'm no expert, but pretty sure that's a Simplex. It will take someone that knows them much better than me to determine the model and year though.

That’s what I was thinking they got some what looks like the ends of a metal bed fame welded to the front for some kind of bumper mount. The kart is not here yet but I’ll be able to tell more when it’s in front of me .Thank you.

Dont know why my pics keep disappearing, but will try again.

What you have is a Simplex Challenger MK IV.

If the brackets dont look to have been added, that could be a concession kart. Ditch the extra junk and you have a vintage racing kart from 1960.
