This Y/T 13 minute video will let you know basically how buying and selling will affect the vintage karting world as we knew it. Cash will be KING, a distant 2nd will bartering/swapping. Soon they will close the USPS Postal Money order loophole. And when you sell for $599.99 you’ll be charged with structuring! (that last one is my opinion) It affects all those payment services like Paypal as well.
