I just wanted to let everyone in the Vintage community that the Batavia NY. go kart track is being auctioned off by the county. BontragerAuction.com is the site running the Auction and it's LIVE. Go to the site and click on Auctions on the top, click upcoming auctions in the drop down box then go to Fall 2021 Genesse County Tax Foreclosure.Search for lot #9. The current bid is $33,000.00 and all past leins and property taxes are forgiven at time of sale and a quick deed is given to the new owner.It would be nice to see this GREAT PIECE of VINTAGE HISTORY be brought back to life.I personally toured the site 2 months ago and it's not in bad shape. Get a few people together and relive the past and present. Google maps will show you the buildings along with the following equipment on the property, Case 430 diesel loader backhoe, Grader and a Panel Van.

R.E.A.R. has been informed that allegedly through the grapevine that the track will continue as it was designed for. Let hope that its not a concession type of transformation.
Remember that long ago this was used for SCCA Autocross events, so karting isnt the only option here, everyone should be able to get in on the competition or in our case : exhibition.
