My take is it's a Rupp A Bone with the wrong steering wheel. One image isn't much to go by.

Hi Tom I thought it was an ABone when I first saw the pictures. But after I bought it I realized it was shorter than my A Bone by about 9 inches. I’ll PM some pics. Thank you for your reply. Rick
