New member here. Had a late 60’s Hornet Sprint when I was a kid in the 70’s.

Now,I’m restoring a late 60’s Hornet sidewinder.
Anybody have photos of the engine mount for a Hornet sidewinder?

Thank you.

Thanks Dan!

That helps me to have an idea what they looked like. I’m sure I can fabricate something close to that. if anyone has one I would love to buy it or pay a deposit so I could copy it.

Still looking for a Hornet like I had as a kid. It was just a very plain Sprint late 60’s kart with the McCulloch/tri-star type wheels. Probably the base model. It had an aluminum rear axle and drum brake.
Do you have a catalog photo of that model?

Hornets came with Precision style wheels. They were anything but precision. There were four bolts holding them together. The wheels you are describing sound like standard Azusa brand. They are still readily available from Azusa.
