Hi, Recently I’ve become the proud owner of an early kart 58-62 I’m guessing
The rear brake caliper appears unusual, anyone got any info?

I had a Percival wildcat in the early 70's and it had a mechanical caliper that grabbed on the steel sprocket. Looked about like that.
You might try searching through some kart magazines from 1958 - 1962 era for Percival kart ads or maybe someone here can send you pictures.
Wish I still had that kart!
