Hi Terry. Here’s another 1961 Bug Wasp that has the same steering wheel wheel so I thought mine was also the original wheel. At some point someone welded the top cap on and moved the steering tab up which made it impossible to remove without cutting off the welds. Is it possible this same wheel was used on the Wasp as well as your Stinger? Thank you!
