 I've used US Chrome that Kurt talked about for at least 24+ 820 blocks. I have them hone the bore to 2.531 ID and they work great. Send them the block and they will clean and strip it, hone first if necessary, plate it and hone it round to your specs. Make sure that all the threads are OK.

I run a tap in each hole when I get them back and they work better than new because the stresses have been relieved due to prior run time and the bore will be perfect.

Your piston skirt should be 2.526 to give you .0025 clearance per side.

They are located about 40 minutes north of me in Fond Du Lac, WI.
