Thanks for the heads up Dave. That is the Gilson concession model I had as a kid, it was built like a tank and almost as heavy. It was decided that the Excalibur racing kart with the McCulloch engines was too fast for little Kenny Jr. So despite my best lobbying efforts I got the concession kart. It was loads of fun, and just seeing the shape of the frame brings back memories of great times.

The Excalibur Jr. kart I am working on is in the paint booth. Pics of the restoration are here:
