hi this is the only pix i have.
guy calls it a shifter kart wants to sell.
can somebody please i.d. maybe quickly
  i've asked him how much.
probably will just resell or trade as i have many new projects.

yupp either invader or emmik   .. its real hard to say ..   and i can id a side winder about as good as an 06 and up  automobile ..!!  and thats not at all .. dang things all look the same to me ..  it looks like invader steering post  .!!

I have one of each. If you see the letters EMMICK stamped into the front flange of the rear axle bearing / brake caliper mount, then it's probably an Emmick kart.

Emmick Elite or Express, mid to late eighties. Distinctive design of the steering support and crossmembers on frame on either side of the support.
