I am having a hard time figuring out what mount is compatible with my margay concept. Does anyone have one for sale or know what exactly I should be looking for?

Karl,
Are you talking engine mount? If so what kind of engine?
If you are talking swing mount there is only one that will work. They are kind of hard to find, like Mark said try Tom Davis.

I have a Concept motor mount for a BM 130, which could probably be re-drilled and adapted for other foreign motors...do not have the butterfly clamps for it.

$30 + ship

karl,
are you loking for the two tube section of the frame or are you looking for the mount that goes ON the tubes to mount the engine??
i have lots of different versions of the cast mounts if you need one.
when i get a minute i'll post some pix.

Dave I am looking for the mount that goes on the tubes, there's about a 2" gap between the rails, and the rails are about 3/4" thick.

then i have what you need either stock margay or after market.
i'd take 20$ for the aftermarket probably will need about fifty for margay.
as a bonus the margay aluminum is polished really nice.

i was gonna use it myself.
personally i think the aftermarket ones are better.
less bolts involved.

if you have tradables we can maybe work that way too.
send a p.m.

Were Margays American or international rail spacing? Just bought a mcculloch mount off ebay advertised as a margay mount. Dang trigger finger goes off on 'buy it now' items prematurely w/o checking the facts .... might have one for sale ....
