 ebay# 110841318833 tillotson hl 88 carb kit 9 bucks and 2.50 to ship  theres one down ..and bill has rings and points i just talked to him .. also ive been makin my own gaskets for yrs i guess i can make yours too ..

 I've had zero luck with Mr. Bill but will try again. I have sent emails in the past with no response, 1 phone message, no response and just called again but message box is full. He's retiring! I've located everything except the gaskets and have a lead on them. Mr. Hughes has been most helpful (thank you Ted).
