Okay guys, go look in your sticker drawers and see if you have a couple Emmick tank decals. I used to have hand fulls and have gave them away, stuck them on tool boxes, stuck them on the trailer, the kids stuck them on anything, etc. I went to the sticker drawer and could only find one and it's trashed.

I need two for the tank of my Elite I just restored.

I did call Emmick a few times. Two numbers don't work and emails bounced back. I know they are moving, or about to, or whatever. Don R.(worked there forever and has since moved on) pm'd on another forum and set me up with another number which works by no answer after a few times calling. Left a couple messages, but no return call.

So if someone has a couple or even four in case I screw up putting them on, I'd appreciate it.

Frankie

I would take a couple myself. Finishing up an Arrow, i would assume the decal looked the same.

Robert,

I'm going to drop a note on a couple other forums asking for at least 4. If someone happens to have some, I'll send two your way.

Sad sad deal with Emmick.

Thanks Frankie. I have wondered about the Emmick situation, had arranged to have them fab a new rear bumper and brake pedal in January and next i know they had vanished. Finally heard they were moving. Thankfully Steve Civils here locally fabricated a nice bumper/pedal for me. Trying to get my Emmick done for New Castle.

Not a problem Robert.

I did receive a note from someone saying they can get us re-pops if we had a clean one to work with. I've called a couple shops that used to be Emmick dealers, as I was once. So far no luck.

As far as Emmick in general. It's my understanding they were forced to move to a new shop. Perhaps when the company changed hands the grandfather clause left with Linda. Not sure. I used to get help from Don when Ronnie was busy, always answered the phone, always took the time. That's probably who you talked to, as he was going to make some parts for my Elite also. Don has since moved on. So I hope Emmick is still just moving and getting set up. I hope we have not lost another great karting mfg.

Thanks Bobby. But I believe they'll need a decal to scan. Not totally sure, but I think that's how it works. Keeps from having to design the decal from the ground up.

Frankie, they shouldn't. I had my Margay ones done off of the brochures  I down loaded off Margay's site. They should be able to take from the picture I email to you and Robert. Bobby Garland Jr.

Well cool, shows what I know when it come to sticker making, huh. I'll give it a shot. Send me the pictures if you would and I'll see what I can do. I haven't talked to the sticker people yet. I just had a PM from Voska saying he has someone that can do it. Or if you would pass along the contact info on the folks that did your Margay and I'll see if we can get Robert and myself into Emmick stickers.

Here's my email. frankie@suptrim.com

Thanks a ton Bobby for taking the time. I really appreciate it.
