Hi Wayne,
Probably not much help but I have a couple of clutch shaft extensions that I think were from a BA13 I ran years ago. Hey, it's a start! Free for the postage.

Dan, were the shafts for the 10mm thread or the 12mm threads? I was looking for one 10mm thread adapter shaft
