Does anyone know the meaning of the Serial number on my R-1 kart frame? It is stamped: R-1 1114
What year does that indicate? ...Ron

Mark, have you seen any info regarding the range of the numbers or the numbers per year, etc? Or were they just numbered in sequence of manufacture (R1 0001 thru R1-____)

Did F-1's have similar serial numbers? etc. Just interested in whether all the R-1s were the same regardless of the year it was build? Does the serial numbers indicate anything more than sequence of manufacture?
