Yo Armando!

It appears to have a Rupp steering wheel, but that does not mean it is a Rupp, yet it could be a Rupp Dart Kart. There are several karts with the sheetmetal welded to the seat sides like that. The brands of karts are looming around this site. Someone will know...

That awesome potato digger engine has to be worth at least $500.00. I might have put the decimal point in the wrong place.

Psssst, PM me and tell me where this jewel is located.

Regards, Joe

Hey Folks, got an e-mail and I think we have a winner.

Anybody up in central New Jersey want to buy it ???  Check Craigslist. I wish I could but it's not in the cards right now.

The frame looks like a 1961 - 62 Blitz Kart that has had the front porch, and the diagonal front axle braces removed. Also, the pedals are Semco brand which were standard on Blitz karts.

Hey John, Am I correct that the last photo (the F2000) doesn't seem to have the porch OR the braces ??  Maybe that one was considered more of the "fun" kart version ??

It's more likely that the F2000 was a lighter weight version of their other karts. It has Go Powers etc and not the cheap parts commonly put on fun karts.

Armando,

That is very possible, and Michael may be right also. I am not familiar with the F2000 model. I am restoring a 1961 F1000 now, and that's what I am comparing it to. Either way, it would be a nice one to restore.

Hey, did anybody go and get this one ?? I can't get a response from the owner. If I knew somebody up that way I'd ask if they could pick it up for me but if someone up that way got a hold of it please let us know. Cheers

Hey Steve, the owner did contact me via e=mail yesterday and said the kart was still available. I emailed him back but haven't heard anything since. Do you know anyone down that way??  I'll take a look for that fox kart.

Armando,
You may have found your contact. I am in south jersey about an hour plus away from Woodbridge. Depending on the urgency I can do a pick up and help out.

Looks like Kevin might be our man. Thanks Kevin !! Is there anyone out there who could save these 2 orphaned karts ?? I'd love to have the Blitz but my finances are running thin. The Blitz is in Woodbridge, NJ and I think that Fox Kart is close by. $50 for the Blitz and $75 for the Fox.  Can anyone help give 2 needy children a home? ( Sob, Sob, do you feel the guilt ? )
