Good morning does any one know what length axel came on a mk3 duel chassis ? And iam also looking for a replacement steering shaft shaft ? Who sells them or is reproducing them ?

Chris,
The factory Margay 1" axle (with 3/4" step-down) was 37 1/2" long (so, effectively a 38" axle).  I recommend you put a 40" axle in it for the track, as there is very little adjustability with that factory-length Margay axle.

Thanks guys iam going to go with the 40" axel makes sense. Now my question is, what order or should I say what placement does the Calipers go in if iam running a twin foreign motor set up? I've seen calipers put in the swing mount. I've seen them mounted on inside of chassis rail. Any one have a good original or restored View if how it should look.
