I found a kart on the family farm, and I'm trying to decide what to do with it. My guess is that it came from a sketchy little track that was nearby in Rockford, IL back in the 1980's. It looks like a Margay, with the frame modified to accommodate a rear engine in place of the original side-mount engine. I assume the modifications make the kart undesirable to real kart enthusiasts. The basic question is whether it has some value in the kart community, or if I should just send it to the local auction. Anything with wheels and an engine is worth a couple hundred bucks at the local auction. Brennan Attachment: 20210410_175847a.jpg (Downloaded 57 times) |
