Hi all,

As the description said. I found this at a neighbors house. Left in the elements.
Wondering if anyone can id this.
Has some unique features and it's a very heavy build. I wondered at first if it was a rental/concession kart but the dual hydraulic disc and steering placement lead me to believe otherwise.
